| What is the historical or other significance of the reflection pool in Washington DC? |

(The one located in front of the Lincoln Memorial) Is it man-made or natural? Why is it deemed the "reflection pond" rather than just a regular pond, most all water casts a reflection, whats special about it, if anything? Is it supposed to be inspirational or something?
